can you explain what kind of issues? im also searching for broker with NOW but you are first person who is complaining.
Did you check that other things like internet, system etc are all ok and that can also be giving problems.

yes, just checked with them, while opening account they promised NSE NOW, but now says they can't !!

customer service keep on saying scalpert is getting more features.. not sure when or if at all..

I have taken a demo of so called ScalperT, can you believe me guys, the resolution can't be changed from 1 min to any other timeframe!! When contacted, they say, they're working on it.

I was looking for someone, where I could have a robust backup in case of system outrage. Now confused

Is Finvasia wise choice? Are they as good as UPSTOX or ZERODHA when comes to order processing? Also is money with them is safe? Sorry for naive newbie questions.

what is CCA ?

It is corporate collateral account of FINVSIA, this pool account will be used for margin against collateral shares. Now shares won't be retained by FINVASIA in pool account. Shares will be transferred to own BO account in T+2 days. If anyone need margin against shares, then he needs to transfer shares from BO (Demat) to CCA pool.

Now finvasia will keep those stock that are transferred to them for margin.
