one user, Siyali, was able to obtain it, therefore it appears that there is a good chance of getting it in some way.

The way they harassing for ReKYC... I opened a account in mstock... I sent all KYC form and needed documents but now they are saying cross photo signature is not done hence sent the physical documentation again .. courier takes 200 to 300 rs. I prefer to open account with other broker than keep getting harassed by these buggers

Was your account inactive for few months? not sure why are they asking for rekyc if the account was active

I'm not sure, but I think there was some kind of circular or notification from the exchange about KYC or re-KYC. Due to this, all brokers are now requiring it. We have to follow this rule, it's a mandate from the exchange.
