I opened an account in July. Till now, prism shows no balance or records for me. Backoffice works fine, but its a bit cumbersome, and the UI looks poor. Whenever, I contact support, I am told prism is under maintenance. But here, I am seeing a lot of people can see their records on prism fine. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi, I am having issues with Nest. Everything works fine except MCX scrips. not a single MCX scrip will give me a plus chart or data table with data beyond 22/7/2020. I have no idea why. Only intraday. If I do not export the data table befoer 3.30pm when equity closes, it will not show up again. It remains stuck at 22/7/2020.

Silver is blank. it has no data at all. All other commodities have this issue. I am on the latest version of nest 3.16.0.7 from the your website.

If I place CNC order for EBBETF0431 at a buy price at 1000 for quantity of 10, money required is 10,000+tax but money blocked is 20,000 ? Do i need to maintain double the amount for CNC orders?

Dear Finvasia, not able to buy Dec 20 Index Options even though I have enough balance. Error I get is RMS:Blocked For NIFTY OPTIDX Nse_fo Broker- FINVASIA Expiry Date: 2020-12-31 Block Type: ALL. Please check.
