Why has Finvasia still kept block on Fresh yes bank CNC sell.
if u buy yesbank share like even 3 days ago here when u try to tell it says block why ?

so every time seller has to call and waste his time ? huh

Funding

There is NO change in the way payouts are being processed. It will be done the same way as it was done earlier. Similarly, while making a Pay-In, using an automated route such as PRISM, ScalperT and NEST, the funds will reflect in your account almost instantly. However, if you choose to pay-in using a standard method such as a bank wire transfer, it may take longer than usual for us to update your account.

Call & Trade

Given the volatility in the markets, our dealing desk has been inundated with calls, leading to delays in responding to your requests. We can’t stress enough that these are unprecedented times and Finvasia is not inducing any additional cost for you to call and trade. But we have to provide for the safety of our employees as well as meet the needs of our clients, therefore we request you to trade on your own, online, as much as you can.

Please be mindful, your calls might not be answered as promptly as they would have been during normal trading days.

Support Requests

Critical support tickets will be prioritised and replied to within the stipulated time frame, however you may experience delay in replies to all your non essential support requests such as change in phone number/email etc, when you call or email us.

COVID-19 has impacted how our support team works and our support phone lines have been experiencing delays off late. So, we request you to make use of all the options available in PRISM such as raising tickets, making an automated Pay-In, to ease the burden on our support teams.
