Exit strategy in Moving Crossover system

Hello,

I am using 3-15 Ema crossover system on daily charts and i would like to know various exit strategy as i find the ema entry signal is OK but the exit signal is late and there is tendency in crossover system to give up the profits.

I would like to know from experienced traders using crossovers about:
Using trailing stop for exit.....if so which trailing stop.....atr based or PSAR would be efficient.

Also mention any other method for exit if any one following.

Secondly about money management...please provide any strategy for money management
