Error while placing order for a stock

Hello,

Apologies if this is the wrong section. Today I placed an order for a stock in the XT category. The order failed and I got the following message "Order failed gross buy value check where the limit is 0.01, prev. utilised was 0.00 and current value is 10.81 (this was the share price today) [5].

Can someone help me with this? According to Moneycontrol, volume today was 1,400.
