Economical events?

Hi,
while trading in commodities there is sudden spikes during some economical data release like jobs data, new house sales, consumer index,etc....
How to know when this data released and that events importance,effect
and time of release in indian time>
can anyone please tell me.

Mr. Rao you can find all the events on www.forexfactory.com with their current results and forecast too but if u r trading in MCX i dont think it makes any big difference
