Hello doss186, I think we need tick by tick data to construct Renko or constant range bar chart, btw who is your data provider?

If we follow the system in positional there will be some loss due to gap up and gap down. But loss made in intraday is very minimal and that happens in NR4 or NR7

so what exactly is the system.. is it pure renko or any modified AFL for this ?

I was also a valvenet user 2 weeks ago, now geting data from Nesttrader using Josh's utility but valvenet does not provide tick data, he provides 1mnt data.

Valvenet provides tick data but there’s some delay than trading terminal. You can use their hybrid mode to avoid delay.

Here it is, infact I also took a short trade @198.80 and exited @197.35 and made 1450 in the evening session

ok so it seems. that AMI plots the chart along with the time frame... like even if there is one small trade it makes a block .. while that is not the case with kite .. it will plot something only if it the brick part moves on .. plus the atr build in is not as good as ami ..
have to hunt for amibroker now... and then on to coding

It was a tough day trading CL. As per my renko I went long 5 lots @ 5275 but then the price went as low as 5235 shaking me. But I surrendered to the system and finally the price restored.
