The markets will digest all the bad news and go up when it wants to.. even today there was no reason for any sharp upside, was there ?? USD @66-67Rs isn't any cause to cheer just because it is up from 69..

Tomorrow Barakbaba will sneeze in Washington DC and the world markets will get diarrhoea

The Government probably thinks that the markets are stupid.

So it can just release economic data at 5:30 PM or maybe 1 AM when everybody is sleeping and expect the markets to forget by monday morning.

A small update. SGX Nifty is now down by -58 points

Don't know about stupid or oversmart, but Govt thinks we are mango people in banana republic.

This probably is Govt's way of supporting the market. But such measures do more damage than good.This Govt is mismanaging our country's economics too now.Classic examples are food security bill and Land Acquisition Bill.

Well, no government is perfect. As all of us know that, we should find ways to find people which do have better leading attitudes compare to those we think do wrong. Spending time on searching them may helps more instead to spend time to criticisms the ones which sit in the ruling chairs.

Dear ST, this is not against your post. Just an expand to try to find solutions to what is going on in some places around the world. As I have no clue about your government, this has nothing to do with your country. It is an idea some people started to follow here in Europe to may have a tiny bit of a possibility to may change a tiny bit.
