Dematerialize share???

Well my mom have shares of dcb bank in physical form...now i have open an account with hdfc for demat...so i wanted to know how should i transfer it to my name or my account what chargies/parties will be involved in the same???

I think it should cost you thereabouts of 20/- per share but then, I am not too sure.

You may wanna play innocent and call up ICICI and HDFC directly. They'd tell you directly.
