for retailers who dont have it in their PF, are they still eligible for OFS or is it offer for current share holders only?

You can apply in Non Retail Category. But the order value should be 2Lac and Above. Anybody can apply need not be a shareholder.

my methods do not take into consideration the levels/ candle shapes etc. it is based of option chain activity. so i do not look for levels to be crossed etc, i just look at where theindex could possibly head

Isn't volume/OI activity more at 21800 and 22000, how did you come up with 21700?
