Indians need to be more firm in saying ‘No' to Chinese products
While diplomacy, whether it is cynical or coercive, is always preferable to a military response to China's insatiable greed for land, India must not waver in its resolve to stand up to the bully on the block

First thing we need to do is stop buying all communication and electronic equipment from chinese firms. Rakhi, Ganesh idols are small part of import. Mobiles and electronics are danger to privacy and contribute bigger part in Import.

Beside, Govt need to put a stop instead otherway round. small traders etc already spent money buying the stuff and if we boycott them (toys,plastic things etc) will be double whammy. Govt should stop or increase duty on equipment import from china as they can't outright ban import. Nuclear machinary and Bio-medical imports are other biggest spent.

edit: i'm not saying small items should continue to be imported, but big ticket item like telecommunication devices, electronics, nuclear machinary are big and even 10% reduction will make big dent. I urge people to move on to samsung or apple devices from other cheap chinease phones.
