I can not cross main road to go to other locality (because of lockdown), if something is not available at nearby grocery shop and he is planning to open booze shops

But you probably can get cigarette/bidi... just ask the sabziwala doing the rounds or the security guard or the safai karmchari of your area. Maybe place an advance order
