No no...it does not mean that....it only means that if some loan repayment is due on a particular date, the penal provisions for non payment will start from a later date to allow time for repayment....nothing to do with senior citizen interest.....

One side freeze is OK . . .

They should have extended the time line for tax saving investments by 6/12 weeks . . .

People would prefer to hold on to the reserves/liquidity they have for now
and not invest it into some thing with 3 years lock-in
