Can anyone explain how Hindenburg mange to short?
Expert opinion please

Short offshore bonds and some otc derivatives traded outside india

About 60-70% Adani debt is dollar (or not rupee) denominated. Most of it has been picked up in the last 2-3 years.
Without this offshore debt, there would have been no good way to short Adani.

This is the reason India does not mainly rely on external debt to fund fiscal deficit. Cuts both ways.

Yes sir, I do not understand the reasoning but they said they plan to buy ADANIENT 1 set at 2300 level, 2nd set at 2000 level

Adanient in 1200s. Mkt can be very brutal

Agree sir, still they bought 1 leg of the planned purchase (die hard fans)
Interestingly, if the FPO had not been called off the value of the PP shares would be just ZERO.
