The above list is correct US$ turn over wise .
Oil companies by turn over (up stream, mid stream, down stream)
https://www.investopedia.com/articles/personal-finance/010715/worlds-top-10-oil-companies.asp
Reliance is not in top TEN $ revenue wise ( Reliance strength more in refining (down stream) .
but US$ Market cap wise Reliance is Global No 3 ! bigger than Petrochina , Sinopec almost combined,( infact just little less than both chinese giants combined )
due to Indian stockmarkets being A DARLING FOR FII (NOT SO IN CCP CHINA due to various capital controls /opaque markets)
as per statista as of Apriil 2021 ..

And Aramco is not on the 2nd list? Are their downstream operations small?

Still, we cannot compare Reliance to all those companies.
Reliance is in Oil and Gas in addition to being India's largest retail company and also India's largest mobile service provider and is aiming to be similar to Amazon as well. So valuation parameters are different.

Please check India's Bharat Petroleum's turnover as per Wikipedia. Am I missing something?

You are absolutely right. It is like apple vs orange like comparison.
On seeing the Statista market cap figures I gave a spin based on market cap.
Reliance is not really a oil major vs global top ten. It has big market cap due to oil refining +mobile+ physical retail + online retail.
Reliance has no big E&P . Neither it has any /much market share in petroleum retail in India ( HPCL,,BPCL & IOC control 85% of end distribution of fuels in India.)
Reliance is one of the cheapest large scale refiner that is it.
In fact China dont have much E&P with in china. But Sinopec has invested in 30 countries (africa/latin america etc)Both chinese majors Sinopec & Petrochina are big refiners + might control end distribution in China (unlike Reliance) ( i dont know right now who all control fuel retail distribution in china).Just guessing China will be using 3 to 4 times oil products vs India at the minimum.

True Global majors in Crude Oil Exploration &Production barrels / day (not $ revenue) are ExxonMobil ,Saudi Aramco, BP ,Royal Dutch Shell, Gazprom,Chevron,Total etc.
NG>CNG>LPG production nowadays are quite significant vs just crude (light/heavy ) oil.
In USA /Canada stock markets pure refiners like Marathon ,Valero dont command much multiples.
Global top ten refiners ( not neccessarily they get crude out of their own production wells )
World’s largest refining companies: Top ten by capacity
1. Sinopec – 5,909kb/d
2. CNPC – 4,832kb/d
3. Exxonmobil – 3,981kb/d
4. Saudi Aramco – 3,600kb/d
5. Valero – 3,150kb/d
6. Marathon – 3,067kb/d
7. Rosneft – 2,900kb/d
8. PDVSA – 2,859kb/d
9. Shell – 2,564kb/d
10. Petrobras – 2,317kb/d
