It will keep happening every couple of years. Although most of contracts were given on fixed per MW rates, now private generators/distributors says they cannot generate at the tender prices! Matter was in court, so govt asked SC not to make Power NPA's as NPA. and meanwhile rules are updated to increase per MW rates.

it's minuscule amount.

In previous regime in maharashtra, govt discouraged roof top solar plants as many residents were using 80-90% of their need from solar and private generators/distributors were making losses (due to low demand)

Adani was allowed to generate power plant using Coal. He now imports it from Australia (subsidiary of adani itself). Went to court saying import cost is rising so per unit should be increased. Court asked why to import costly coal? Guj Govt brought legislation to review the contract and increased cost.


If anyone raise all these, they are not thinking towards nation building. I guess everyone should pay extra charges same as way as taxes on petrol and get in line.

Bhai, shares of the electric car-maker Tesla have risen more then 270% this year. This is just too much too fast. Do you guys think this is just because of so called Robin-hood retail traders investing the money given by trump, or if it is being fueled by institutional buying etc?

Remember, Amazon stock also sky rocketed like this earlier, but somehow it is still surviving the high prices!
