Converting a stock exchange analysis spreadsheet into a web browser

Hi,
I came across your greenturtle.us website and thought this is THE right source of information I have been looking for. I am really hoping you will reply.

I have a macro enabled spreadsheet of the stocks I trade. I sort
them based on certain parameters. And then get to see which ones are
going to rise or fall. I use the spreadsheet and have integrated
live real time stock quotes in it which are pulled automatically when the
market starts. The yahoo real time is ALMOST REAL TIME but they do
have a ACTUAL real time service as well which is at some cost.

So, What we do on excel, say, pulling real time stock data in EXCEL from
a real time source - can it be converted on a browser from a excel
spreadsheet? My spreadsheet has an
analysis of the way I play stocks, and
it has some calculations on it and lot of conditional formatting,
and
I am using yahoo's real time data which is free, but its not EXACTLY
real time, it has some time lag.

Can it be converted into a browser based application, where one can
use yahoo's premium service for real time data and get real time
data
on a web based application instead of excel ? Excel takes some time
to
pull the data and while it does that it does NOT allow me to touch
the
spreadsheet, it kinda hangs.
While I am assuming on a browser based application which does the
same work as the worksheet with all the real time data, I should be
able to sort data while the web based application is updating
itself?

Why do I need to work while the sheet is being updated?
Well, the data is real time, it changes every freaking second. So
even if the browser/ spreadsheet does its work, I want to be able to
see the live quote tickers and and do screening of the stocks I want
to analyse.

I am not able to figure out who can actually help me out. And dont know what are the requirements too. Does this need a java enabled browser, xml for sure. etc etc.

Would be great if you could help me with the info.
