It should be regulated in India (If you are from India and an Indian) by SEBI. All SEBI regulated entities are given a SEBI registered number. For instance, ours is INZ000008524. As a regulated entity, we have to follow the rules & regulations as laid out. FX Brokers (CFD Platforms) are not regulated in India. Moreover, CFDs are like casinos. The odds are not in your favor. The conflict of interest is too obvious.

Indian Exchanges are increasing their product offerings and you will have an array of instruments to trade. Choosing CFDs instead of trading on exchanges through registered brokerages is like walking into a manhole.

My 2 cents.

You can integrate MT4 for AlgoTrading with us. For more information read this article. However, most AlgoTraders that want to use a platform go for either AmiBroker or TradingView. Both of these platforms have their own scripting languages; AFL & PineScript respectively. We have a lion's share of the TradingView users in India. We are also associated with them in a special way. As an algo trader looking froward to customize your own strategies, I'd suggest the following:
  1. Open An Account with FYERS.
  2. Request Access to FYERS Trading API.
  3. If you want market data, subscribe to TruData through us here.
  4. If you want to use PineScript and TradingView features, you can subscribe to their paid plans through us. Why? Because we provide an API Bridge for Free*. This tool can help you setup your AlgoTrading with minimal work and no coding.
  5. If you don't want TradingView but want to use The API Bridge to integrate with AmiBroker or any other platform such as MT4/MT5, then you can directly subscribe to the API Bridge here. To learn more about the API Bridge, you can read this blog post.
I hope this helps.

Disclaimer: I obviously have a conflict of interest in recommending FYERS as I am the CEO of the company. I encourage you to do your own research and make informed decisions. I have only mentioned the links and redirected to areas that I think will be very useful to you.
