i find one excel in nse website regarding complaint against brokers 2013-2014

Name - total number of complaints
Zerodha - 5
Rksv - 1
Acheiivers equaties - 3
trade smart online - not find
VPS - not find
SAS online - not find
Indiabulls - more than 50
Procon - not find
Wisdom - not find
Astha trade - 1
Reliagre - 3
Reliance - more than 50

so the broking companies name not in list... it means no complaint against such brokers ??? pls explain..
