Cinemax India plans 8.9-mn-share IPO

Cinema chain operator Cinemax India Ltd has filed initial papers with the market regulator for an initial public offering. The 8.9-million-share offer would constitute 31.86 per cent of the post-issue share capital, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
