Call your broker or send mail and confirm your Exchange order ID and ask for clarification.
Tell them that you are not able to verify your trade on NSE's "Verify Your Trades" page.
As far as I know The order ID’s that you receive on your trading platform must match with the ID information that you receive from the Exchange.
you should receive SMS as well as email from NSE with detailed trade report in the evening if you carry out any trade. You will find your order number, trade time, trade price, etc in the email which the exchange directly sends to the client.
It always works for me.... I have a habit of daily checking and verifying all my trades....with the help of same I was able to catch and rectify brokers mistakes... only registering and adding brokers might not work most of the time but once done...it should be smooth sailing
