Can someone please mention the different brokerage rates in Excel?

I think Im duped for so long by my Broker in charging me 50 paise for Stocks and 10paise for F & NO.

Can someone please throw some light on the same?

For investors or trade who do not trade regularly, the usual charges are:
10 paise intraday single side (or as 5 paise both side) in cash.
50 paise both side for delivery in cash.

FNO brokerage can be negotiated as its too high. Even if you go with a low-profile broker, you can easily get 5 to 6 paise or even lower.

I have reached a stage of negotiation, however the Firm seems to be a little to adamant and not willing to reduce the brokerage at all.

I am just a month old retail investor investing about
Rs 24,000/- in Nifty almost on a daily basis and some other investments in Stock as well..

As of now my portfolio is just within 1.5 lacs but am willing o increase it gradually but am getting put off with such high brokerage..

What argument do I present in my defence to lower the brokerage to @ 0.02 pasie for F& NO
and what is the ideal brokerage for me in the Stocks segment?

Please revert asap.

For 2 paise brokerage in futures, you will need to generate lots of volumes, in orders of lacs per day.
