Calculating profit in multiple nifty positions intraday.

Dear sir,

I request an information from you, if suppose I trade many time in
nifty in a day, how will the profit be calculated? The trades are as
below

BUY 5000CCE NIFTY 250@183
SELL 5000CE NIFTY [email protected]

BUY 5000CE NIFTY 250@182
SELL 5000CE NIFTY [email protected]
