though penny stocks can give u mind bogling returns...a quick sand can make 1 older soon 2..
the best way is 2 pick up top mkt cap penny stocks from BSE SMALLCAP INDEX & keep a close watch on this index technically irrespective of what the stock does.

yes better to trade only with liquid stocks, enter at better price exit at better price and you still be able to make 3-5% intraday.
