Beginner Of commodity

I am beginner in commodity trading. I dont know the Fundamental & technical aspects behind price up and down in all scripts. I simply follow the calls given by a company. I was think is it not too good. Can any one please guide me to make better profits. I would like to know or learn to get knowledge. Please help me. I dont want to lose more money now.
