At what gain percentage should we sell a stock (day, swing trading)

As the question suggest for swing or day trading at what percentage of profit should we sell the stocks to make it profitable? whether its 2%, 20% or 50% of gain. (please conside SBI trading platform and its charge and the initial buying share price is 200 rupees).

Instead of fixing % without any basis, use the % of ADM of the scrip.

ADM is Average Daily movement computed over difference of high and low over past few days.

ADM = MA(High - Low, 10);

For e.g. ADM for SBIN itself is 7.8, so as long as you manage to get profit of 3-4 rs per share per day, you are doing great!!!

On other hand, ADM of CEAT is 32 rs or ADM of MRF is 994 rs. 3 rs profit in either scrip would be sub-optimal

We need to concentrate on current market trends to catch this positions. I do recommend something like for example 50% at max cause if you already on that level you may even loose further more with all that. Don't you think so for example ?
