Just my suggestion.

What do you want? A software to chart Elliott Wave patterns only? If that is the case, why can't you use Adget or MTPredictor?

I will surely have a look at blox builder but i am afraid it will be of any use to me as I use plain vanilla simple charts and i dont know much of programming.

Adget costs a bomb. Ditto with MTPredictor. But if you are shrewd in searching the net, you may get cracked one. Formerly I was using Adget EOD version and MTPredictor. But the whole Elliott stuff is beyond my learning capacity. So I stopped using both of them.

First ask yourself, are you comfortable with Elliott Wave patterns? Are you able to recognise and identify waves correctly? If yes, then only go for softwares. To my utter dismay, I have found that Adget changes wave counts as and when data is added. If I rely on wave count thrown by software today, that will not be the same as and when data is added. Wave count changes. Market specialists open the market at such a high or low price that software is easily fooled. That is why I said ask yourself. Are you comfortable with Elliott stuff? I never was and perhaps never will be. It is not my cup of tea.

well i am not looking for any complicated ew system, just plain system. using pvts with the help of ew system explained by williams on his chaos theory, thats only for intraday, eod i dont need 2 change my age old trusted system.
and if its bomb then it wont be any use as i dont day trade for living....

It can be done in any software using some addons , like for metastock if u get an addon called Alpha Omega.

U dont need TS for it. Coz TS will not count waves standalone, it will also require some addon.

As far as El Waves r concern , why dont u try Elwave RT ? Isnt it working well for u ?

Hi Manoj,
A lot of subscribers to the 2000i didn't want to migrate to the newer version since Tradestation became Tradestation Securities. They ended up staying with 2000i since they could easily subscribe to DTN or any cheaper provider, cheaper than some of the more expensive data vendors and feed it to 2000i.
I used to extract EOD data from Yahoo and feed it to 2000i when I used to trade part time.

Since then tradestation have made huge, huge improvements to their software(while I dont recommend anyone should do intraday trading using their platform), and I ended up upgrading to the newer version long ago when
they offered free use of software for 10 trades a month commitment.

For example until a few months ago, if you were interested in creating a tick chart, you couldnt go beyond 4095 ticks a bar, now you can go as high as 65,000......so they're ways beyond anyone out there when it comes to charting capability. Some vendors are finally catching up.....but the ease of Easy Language is simply hard to beat.
