I think third party intraday feed is not supported by tradestation. if some one knows how to import intraday data in TS plz share the method.

If you can get an older version of TS liek TS 2000i you can feed Esignal Data or into it directly without purchasing OWn Data.

I am sure every one here used amibroker... i want to knw the feed back.. is TS worth for so much pain and cost ? who dont want 2 cut the cost by any means possible... i found it ve costly venture using it with no respective gains... only thing i didnt find in ami is EW pattern sw.. but neither i found it in easy language ( ts ) ...
is there something unique about ts .. then plz point it out .. i must be missing something

If you have knowledge of easy language then you can use TS for strategy development.
Credit Violet is one who uses it for this purpose. I keep it as a second s/w. otherwise I use MS10 RT as my primary trading software.

is it correct to say ts is useful mostly who knew programming and stuff ? my back ground is medicine n finance.. so might be findin it difficult

Nope,
Sir CV doesnt use it.

For strategy development i guess WealthLab is better opt.

But its for strategic traders. not for me .

If i m not mistaking , that post is 1 and half year older.

And i really dont bother much as far as which TA software ur using. The purpose should be to make money. Same u can do with Ami or Metastock or even i guess with Fcharts too. ( never used though )

And yeah if ur so much in strategy developments then u should have a look at trading blox builder.

Just my suggestion.

What do you want? A software to chart Elliott Wave patterns only? If that is the case, why can't you use Adget or MTPredictor?
