any free charting software

Is there any completely free charting software for both intraday and historical data, that directly downloads data by itself for NSE India and displays the charts in candel sticks?

I am just looking for a simple software like quotetracker which isn't working with NSE anymore, so I am in search of an alternative to quotetracker.

I just want to see which all stock scrips are in uptrend and the historical charts in candlesticks for all those individual scrips that are in uptrend

motivewave.com..it supports google / yahoo rt download data. and its like amibroker..
