Issues again today. Done the FO copy but unable to download the Bhav or Index files.

PLS explain foir newbe. curlexe extracted file to be paste in abce installed directory? or only curlexe?

Check previous messages. It's been discussed.
For now you have to download manually. If you need ABCD to process further, uninstall and download new files and install as instructed.

Look properly in that folder, there is a readme file which will help you
