Amibroker vs. Meta Trader

#1
Hello guys,

Can somebody help me compare the two trading platforms ?
We should cover :
- the language (AFL vs. MQL)
- the backtesting platforms
- multiple timeframe support ( both in code & UI)
- anything else you feel is worth to be mentioned

Thanks in advance !

1. there are many indicators freely available for both.

2. back testing is also in both, but quiet easy in amibroker.

3. both are their pros & cons. but amibrker is a little bit good than mt4.
in mt4 timeframe you can use only by default (1min, 5min, 15min, 30min, 1h, 2h, 4h, weekly). but in amibroker not but default, but you can customize time frame.

4. most important rt feed. it is availble at low cost for amibroker (even freely too). but for mt4 it is a little bit costly.

if you have any questions, ready to help you from our good seniors.

There is no comparison between the two.

Amibroker can be used for centralized exchanges as well as FOREX.

Metatrade is designed exclusively for bucket shop FOREX brokers. Sure it is nice charting package but it has been nearly 10 years and they have not modified it for centralized exchange use. you can see why that is.
