I suppose one could use PlotOHLC to effectively create 3D Candles. Would need some R&D to figure out displacement to be used for shadow Candle. I tried using fractions in xvalue which does not work!

You can make your 3D charts using GFX functions of AmiBroker

The plot below (not 3D bars) is all done with GFX ... the price plot, both axes & fonts, the title, all the background, all grids. All of them you see on the picture is done only using GFX etc. No Plot functions have been used for the price.
