You are aware that is a pretty serious accusation? Why do you say that?
This Satyam stir will cause a flooding in the job market. Some 50,000 employees could be jobless and new IT recruits could be put on hold for a while. Just pray more companies don't follow suit
I disagree that all 50000 people will loose their job. Atleast 60 to 70% of them will be working on project and supporting the Business of some client. They have to do that today, tomorrow and day after... So even if client decides to move their business to other vendor, these people will have open offer from those vendor because they know client's system. And in many case, if they are good (by 80-20 rule, atleast 20% of them will certainly fall in this category).. client will push the next vendor to take over these employee. Specailly when client doesn't have people in their team.. but just a manager onsite to support business.

But, certainly, as an employee they might be going thru tought phase due to uncertainty.

Wishing all Satyam employee best of luck.

We really don't know.
But one thing for sure. We are being pushed towards re-structuring our economic models
