Nifty 15 min - it seems to be reacting a second time (2TB) from the top most SZ after breaking through multiple SZ.
Nifty - 60 min - it broke through two SZ's and is now inside the upper of the two stacked SZ's..

Nifty 60 min - Entry at the marked ERC DZ gave a 2.45 RRR this morning. AlphaT, any further insights about why this should or should not have been traded? Thanks.

Bar 1 had tail on top but bar 2 bull counter with strong close bar 3 again had tail on top bar 4 bo
enter at 728.05 target 732.55 Sl 727.05 Good RR trade
I think price will test 740 it clears 736

Thanks for this very informative topic of traps. I was looking into bank nifty chart with HTF as daily and LTF as 15 M and came up with the following chart as another example of traps .

Bank nifty Daily did a 2TB on DZ yesterday.

Bank Nifty touched the SZ today and gave a handsome 2:1 RR.

This is not an example of a trap zone. Trap zones are LTF zones beneath or above an HTF zone. In this case, this is just a level below another level in the same TF. Both levels worked nicely.
