Bank nifty giving me good result in this method...............suppose bank nifty......11k.........I got buy signal......I will buy 1 lot...........if trade goes against me.....and 250 points down........I will buy again 1 lots.......11000,10750*2=10875........my avg 2 lots buy.....10875 if BNF again fall 250 points.....I will buy [email protected] is the system I am using in BNF.........

Is this what you mean by "correlation"? By the way, dont take it as post to criticise you, but its so amusing to read your signature along with your Post !

Your signature tells us : never add to a losing position and here you yourself seem to be doing the same !

Umesh babu........In positional trading...........if you have good method.........You can average..........suppose .....I am capable to buy 3 lot .....I bought.....1 lot.......2 lots is reserved..(as I know my system is accuracy is 85-90%.....any time trade can go against me )......so upto 3 lots....is my winning position.......not losing position.......in modified correlation strategy.....BNF giving me good result......So I averaging......positional.....not intraday....:thumb:.

I noticed this in the past too, in the thread where Mr. Raj got angry and got it closed. Mr. Raj as a rule is adding to his loosing position to average his cost lower when Long and Higher when short! Yes, this surely is an anomaly that Mr.Raj should surely rectify by way of editing his signature !

Mr. Raj ji, What, if on entering 1 lot, the price keeps on rising then I may not get entry to Buy 2 more lots at lower rates..... dont you think sir that this can on many occassions backfire and you end up taking smaller entry in a profitable trade.

Dear.............I was pure intraday gambler...........that time I made that signature.............because of heart problem.....I stop intraday...........I already clarify........if my target is to buy 3 lot.......but I bought only 1 lot......2 lot is reserved......for back up support......as my system giving good result......in positional.....I believe upto 3 lot is my winning position............hope answer you all........:thumb:

And, Sir, no its not clear ! You did say that if you believe 3 lots winning position, then you buy one at your ENTRY level and balance two at lower levels to average your entry price lower so that the "profit" can increase.
Sir, my query is, would this not result in lower profit, if price does not retrace to lower than your original entry level and you dont get a chance to enter lower !

I started career as an Investor.....So.....I know how to average......(hope you have no old id)........Suppose after my buy.........BNF moving towards my expected direction........I will not buy again......:thumb:
