5paisa.com has the habit of doing things without informing their clients.
Recently they have diverted their clients who couldn't generate Rs 1000 as monthly brokerage from TT5 to an ordinary BROWSER BASED Terminal without informing them.I personally being a
victim of that

Leave them and shift to a good broker

I appreciate your thoughts but i totally deny that 5 paisa didnot imitate u before putting u to another terminal or banning these scrips. The due information must be sent to u via email or thru ur relationship manager. If either of these two didnot happen to u, then plz speak up to ur branch or cutomercare(66775922/23/24/25/26) . c whether ur email address & mobile no. is correctly feeded in our database..

For your kind information 5paisa.com didn't inform me through relation manager or via e-mail before putting me to the browser based terminal from TT5. 5paisa.com had my email address and phone number in their database
and they were correctly feeded in their database.

5paisa is really doing hopeless they have done this things in past too... Worst part is talking to their managers which change every 3-4 monts..

I am just posting on this board so that other investors can know about 5paisa's issues...

I am sifting from 5paisa as soon as possible for me to sift.. as I am really upset the way they have treated 3 years old client like us..

Yes ,Vivek you are absolutely right 5paisa change their managers every 3 to 4 months.Each an every time i went to their offices i always found new faces,i don't know why.

Mr viviek they made changes in m0re than 200 scrips and not 1500 as u have been saying.

And if u check the scrips they are mostly iiliquid and b2 and z group scrips which i hope u would not like to trade in , only if u have excess money

and if u still wish to trade u can do it through there branch and dealing room.
