Look at 3rd candle..its from 9.25 to 9.30. As per my understanding of the logic short trade should be executed on fourth candle..

No you got it wrong, completely...........
You don't buy or short on 3rd candle's hi lo
you, buy or short, if highest hi or lowest lo of total candles till 9.30 , is breeched, respectively

look at charts again, turcoise dashed line shows this. read it yourself

Oh..Yes you are right. I read it completely differently. Thankfully didn't traded on these..
