if your problm is not yet solved,
Assuming you are using amibroker (Should be same for other software too)
check the box that states "NO QUOTATION DATA"
the volume for that specific minute is ZERO, which is to be defined as NO QUOTES to the software
ALSO in the SEPERATOR column, choose COMMA OR SPACE
since the date and time are in DateTime format and not stated differently

Hey Thanks so much Lions, it worked like a charm, but the data is looking kinda "All over the place"
Not sure if that makes any sense
