The error in OAT is mainly due to References. I have not used any third party reference tools. All the Referenced libraries should be very much in your machine and should come along with your Windows and Office software

Go to Alt+F11
Enter the password as Rajoat!@#$
Goto "Tools" Menu -> Choose "References"

You should have all these Refernes checked. If you find some thing with "MISSING" then there is an issue and you have to choose the right References in your machine

So here is the list.

- Visual Basic for Applications
- Microsoft Excel 12.0 Object Libraray
- OLE automation
- Microsoft Office 12.0 Object Library
- Microsoft ActiveX data objects 2.5 Library
- Microsoft Forms 2.0 Object Library
- Microsoft Script Control 1.0
- Microsoft Scripting runtime
- Microsoft Visual Basic For Applications Extensibility 5.3
- Microsoft WinHTTP services, version 5.1
- Ref Edit Control

My environment is as follows

Windows 7 64 bit
Microsoft Excel 2007 with Service Pack 3
