smc false trade

My Demat A/c is in SMC and in the last month i..e Nov. 09... my 2 orders of derivatives (Call options) have been made execute without my knowledge.... I'm demanding for IP Address from SMC but they r not providing me the same.. and saying that the mistake is from my site....and no one accessed...
