I have received offer for Indian Hotel CCDs. I have to pay Rs 55 per CCD, and it will be converted to 1 equity share after 18 months. There will be no interest on these CCDs Current price of Indian Hotels is around 89. Is it wise to go for these, as looking at the current mkt conditions...
