city union bank

Hi, I have some shares of City union bank(CUB). Heard that they are opening an rights issue. How and When can i apply for that? Is there a limit for the no of shares i can apply? I have my trading acc with SBI, is it possible to apply via SBI itself? Please help with my queries...
