NEST Plus is broken for all brokers since 1st January. Broken from Refinitiv (Thomson Reuters) end. Sad to see such a big firm being so casual about bugs. @TradeSmartOnline any news on a patch, yet?

When I login to TSO NEST, It automatically logs me in to NEST Plus also. That is very helpful. However is there anyway to know what my NEST plus password is?

@Finvasia in NEST, If i had a short position with -100qty. placing a long order with +200qty used to be an easy way to squareoff and go long. in shoonya, doing same doesn't work. have to first square off and then enter new trade. also give option to stop order form from disappearing independent...

just tried using charts in shoonya(instead of opening kite), well changed from 1min to 5min chart and..... BOOM Shoonya disappeared! :eek::cool:

closing nest was seriously a shock. @Finvasia do not ignore customer feedback.

Refinitiv is responsible for upkeep of NEST Trader post Omnesys sale to Thomson Reuters. I've mailed them, request you guys to lodge ticket with Refinitiv too.

it looks like a bug, the EOD chart is fine. The 1 min chart is dead. Does anyone know who to mail? Any email ids of Thomson Reuters or Omnesys?

@Finvasia is shoonya a modified TWS. As it looks like TWS from IB? Please make sure it is as reliable as NEST was. It is wrong to suddenly move your whole client base away from NEST which was stable to a new system that is having reliability issues. No one here cares if you had beautiful graphs...

I believe you, The day you reported issues, I had faced login failures. However yesterday was issue-free. Shoonya on desktop is TWS IMO, maybe @Finvasia can clarify. I hope Finvasia can iron out the issues.
