where is your spread sheet. i am now trading with infoline and they charging Rs 100 per lot(one side ). I trade about 80 lots a day ( both buy and sell (options)) using their terminal at my home. I can not believe Rs 9 per lot. is it true? or RKGLOBAL charge any hidden brokerage?. when i ask to infoline people, they said it may be fraud company or have hidden charges. is it possible to open rkglobal a/c through net? i am using icici bank a/c. is it possible to transfer fund via icici a/c? confused:

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have seen RKG people donot answer on phone when they are at fault. 
Today RKG's ODIN diet was not working for the 1st 1 hour. I called all the 15-20 numbers I had. Nobody bothered to answer. After 10:15, I was told to update from RKG Kolkata site.
But this is actually a downgrade as many of the features of the current ODIN I used till Friday are missing. Specially the 'Left click info box' option while viewing the chart...

Specially the 'Left click info box' option while viewing the chart... @sgr: Thanks again; the upgrade did the trick and market watch updates now. Fortunately, order placement and execution continued to work in the morning.
@pgdimes: Can confirm this "head in the sand" behavior by RKG. It is specially annoying when their new/upgraded support is promised 24x7; but the phone rings away during such occasions.

Not sure of what CA means, but here is a possibility:
IOC: Immediate or Cancel. The order is either executed immediately, in full or part quantity. The unexecuted part of the order is cancelled.
FOK: Fill or Kill. The order is either executed in full quantity or cancelled. CA may probably refer to this variation of IOC.
