Small modification needed to Tradeji
User CP... Blogs.....FAQ....Calendar....New Posts....Search....Quick Links .... Log Out
To access today's posts each time you are forcing me to come to TOP of the page so that I can access them in QUICK LINKS. Why do not you have similar menu at the bottom of the page also ???????????? Last edited by columbus; 5th September 2008 at 03:50 PM.

Further to this, the threads should not be shown repeatedly such as once a reply posted to a thread the old entry in the list to be deleted.

Changing the order in which new posts are displayed can solve the problem.
In USER CP, select 'Setting & Options' followed by 'Edit Options' where on selecting 'Thread Diplay Mode' to "Linear-Newest First" solves this problem. With this setting newest posts are displayed on the first page of thread and at the top of the displayed page, besides, the toolbar with FAQ, new posts, etc also remain near the latest post. Moreover, changing the number of posts that are displayed on one page reduces the need to go to next page frequently. Regards. Last edited by citrus; 5th September 2008 at 05:35 PM.

I am using this setting form few months and is working well for me. With this setting: Latest post is displayed on the first page, i.e. order reverse from the default order. Please do not forget to press the 'save changes' button at the bottom of the page after making changes. Regards.

citrus, Yes,instead of choosing LAST POST ,better to choose the PAGE NUMBER NUMBER.1 ,and the problem (minor one) comes when they are not enough messages ,to have page numbers.
