I have now added a "Thanks" icon at the bottom right hand side of every post.

Members can now thank other members using this icon. When a member receives a "Thanks", it adds to his/her reputation/appreciation.

ya Same as colombus, I too had requested earlier if possible, cause many times you dont see the reply to what you have posted since now thread are rising in count....

only way poss is to click on my nick & find all posts posted but there should be an easier way ?
