Default Incorporating in India



Hi,
I would like to register a private limited partnership firm, for holding my investments in Real estate. The purpose being to avoid taxation, and reduce liability.
Can any one telll me the process involved in registering a company.

The concept of Limited Liability partnership is not yet accepted in India. Hence, you will have to form a Private Limited Company.

Tax incidence is more in case of a company as compared to proprietorship. Liability is certainly reduced.
