Essence of successful trading

This looks like a discussion, so I will present my point of view.

I feel, discipline, concentration, dedication, professionalism, will to exercise, passion, freedom from emotional conflict are all a by-product of a specific state of mind. One cannot force these upon himself over a prolonged period. Will-power works only in spurts and is short-lived. These are not choices he can make. It is not in his hands to have these adjectives attributed to him. These are only symptoms of a much deeper choice.

Essence of successful trading

(1) Develop Discipline ,firm determination , passion , dedication , concentration and professionalism for trading.

(2) Build your own Method with positive expectancy ,according to your personality and comfort and don't copy others.

(3) Calculate proper money management, risk management and position sizing according to your capital and method.

(4) Implement or execut your method very very strictly and decisively with discipline and concentration .

(4) Do emotion free and mechanical trading according to your method and forget every thing and don't worry about SL hitting or loss because it is a normal part of trading.


(5) Do some exercise,yoga and meditation daily.

After that ..... BP, tension,anxiety,aggression, frustration,fear,embarrassment,annoyance, distraction .....every thing will be finished....:thumb:
