Donot get cheated

Ingredient is same but the packing, price tag, logo, manufacturer, the effect promised is different. In a nutshell, I tried different products (I thought so) but landed in same sour soup.

Yes.....Rs.2,30,000 is not a small amount. We could build up wealth if we knew and realize how to trade and earn.

I learnt a costly lesson which I am trying to share it here for the benefit of new/struggling traders.

well... you and me are aware that fair and lovely and many others like it are just fooling ppl but we should not expect everyone to be on same awareness level as us. People should get what they are promised and when they dont we should be blaming the sellers not the consumers. Honestly imo atleast these cosmetics products should get banned for cheating.

LOL...What you just suggested will kill the whole economy along wit the stock index you intend to trade (as some may feel for some other things to get ban just like you)..... The whole premise of marketing is to make you feel what you have is not good enough for you and you need better (transaction)...

Even i have applied for tip advisory... but after burning my hands once i let it alone... i didn't go on blaming them or jump to some other advisory and than other....... Do you blame a stock who gives you a loss.... if you do then plz ignore my message.... Beside blaming other for our failure is the main reason people don't succeed in this (any) profession...

New law is coming to control direct marketing and money chain, this is another way to trap innocents by conducting meeting seminars.

There is a difference between marketing and cheating and maybe cheating is f9 with you but its not fine with me.

And according to you then what volkswagon did was also fine and we should accept it as part of good business as they were just fooling us once !!! maybe i will buy a merc next time but if they also cheat .. well that will be first with them so that also is all right.. do you even realize the stupidity of this argument ??

"Every one will be fooled once no mater what". there is something called learning from others experiences and this guy here is creating awareness and should be welcomed.

As such customers are also not looking for genuine investment advice but short term quick solutions.There is nothing like a promised return.

It's like paying 10,000 bucks to someone who promises you of making you a Prime Minister but if they don't you sue them.

What about the "Promises' made by the political parties, political individuals before getting elected..... this includes our very respected and honourable Narendra Bhai Modi too!
Its so heartening to note that Supreme Court is also taking note of these 'false promises' and maybe come out with some scathing observations against these practices.

Cheating is a one sided affair this is a case of setting up deals based on mutual mistrust.The investor seeking advice is not always a fool that they don't know it is not possible to get guaranteed returns.There is no such thing as guaranteed return in this area.

But not many like to believe it so stories are presented in a twisted format.

Yes........the stories are twisted and misrepresented. Do you know the fact who is the final beneficiary? It is always (ALWAYS) the Tips Advisories. It is not a bold claim to misguide. I never benefitted even with a single Tips advisory inspite of trying with many of them. I should have been, atleast with one of them going by the odds of lottery to be the least. Clearly odds are stacked against the people who are being cheated.

These advisories are adopting an illegal and unethical practice to loot the innocent. The route they are adopting is "Unfair Trade Practice" as defined in Consumer Protection Act.

......makes a false or misleading representation concerning the need for, or the usefulness of, any services; (Example :- The need of the traders is to survive and make money. They mislead to believe there is a need for the services to profit in the market)

......gives false or misleading facts disparaging the ....., services or trade of another person. (Examples : Putting up false past performance reports on their web sites, false appraisals of the services or products)

The Law is very clear on this malpractice, but unfortunately the enforcement is not strong enough to put these cheaters behind bars.

Nice Discussion ...would like to share an incidents of these tipsters with you long back may be 5 years ..i was lured by a Ludhiana based Tip company for providing 95% accurate calls.I subscribed them to earn easy money and was counting $$$$$$$$$$$ in my dreams from the day i subscribed.

After trading for about 10 days with them ,i lost completely ..Later by chance found one of my friend that was an ex-employee in that advisory company ..I asked him what was the base /research of the tips given.He told nothing new they simply distributed Trading calls received from the brokers terminal free of cost......:annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::annoyed:
